The customers aetherAI's About page names include RWTH Aachen, University Hospital Frankfurt and Chang Gung Memorial Hospital, which suits a university hospital putting a primary-diagnosis viewer in place. The FDA decided K233126 in May 2024.
For a US lab that needs FDA-cleared software to sign out digital slides, Visiopharm falls short. openFDA lists no 510(k) under its name, and its homepage says all products are research use only unless otherwise stated.
