Harrison.ai vs Ultromics EchoGo
A hospital group's chest-imaging service is the Harrison.ai buyer, and the vendor says 3,500 clinicians at over 1,000 sites use it. A Radiology study of 5,235 patients compared seven chest X-ray AI devices, Annalise Enterprise CXR v3.8 among them, for lung cancer detection and found all produced more false positives than radiologist reports. Ultromics EchoGo goes to a hospital echo lab with a heart failure pathway. Heart Failure covers HFpEF on an apical four-chamber clip with EF of 50% or higher, and a 2026 JACC Heart Failure paper using the MESA cohort of 2,544 people reported an AUROC of 0.77 for EchoGo HF against 0.70 for H2FPEF in early HFpEF. Amyloidosis is cleared as a screening aid for adults 65 and over with heart failure, and CPT Category III 0932T applies to Heart Failure. Harrison.ai's pages describe radiology reading and Ultromics's describe transthoracic echocardiography, and no buyer holds both budgets.
