Artera vs Vesta
Valar sells the bladder tests. Vesta Bladder runs in Valar's CLIA lab, and BCGPredict flags non-muscle-invasive patients at higher risk of not responding to BCG, twice the risk of non-response by the vendor's account, with a turnaround of about 3 days after the sample reaches the lab. A urologist managing BCG decisions is the Valar buyer.
Artera's tests cover prostate and breast. Its homepage claims Medicare reimbursement and coverage by many commercial plans, and its androgen deprivation model has an NEJM Evidence paper, so a prostate cancer team deciding on hormone therapy is the Artera buyer. Metastatic hormone-sensitive prostate cancer is where the product lists meet, since Artera shows an mHSPC version of its test and Valar shows Vesta Prostate, with a 2026 JCO Precision Oncology paper. Valar's Vesta page describes a Financial Access Program, states no coverage and does not say whether Vesta Prostate can be ordered, so for that mHSPC team Artera, with its stated coverage and its NEJM Evidence paper, is the stronger pick on what the pages say.
