Circle Cardiovascular Imaging vs Infervision

A cardiac CT lab choosing coronary plaque software can settle it on records. Circle's cvi42 Coronary Plaque Software (K251027) was cleared in October 2025. Infervision's site lists an InferRead CT Coronary product, and openFDA has no CT Coronary record under its three applicant names or the InferRead name. For that lab Infervision falls behind.

Infervision's buyer is a chest CT service. The company lists offices in London, Wiesbaden and Lyndhurst, New Jersey. Its two InferRead Lung CT.AI records, K192880 in 2020 and K240554 in 2025, both sit under product code OEB, with K192880 recorded as CADe for lung nodules, and the vendor's product page lists follow-up registration with volume doubling time.

Its chest X-ray product, InferRead DR Chest, has no openFDA record. An independent academic evaluation of it for TB screening in Lusaka, published in PLOS Global Public Health in 2025, reported 90.3% sensitivity and 39.2% specificity at one cut-off.
