DeepHealth vs Exo

Exo Imaging sells a handheld ultrasound with AI. Its Iris probe pairs with AI for cardiac function, lung findings such as B-lines and pleural effusion, and fluid measures like IVC collapsibility. openFDA lists eight Exo records from K211527 (August 2021) to K260217 (February 2026), and Exo's own release announced a Samsung Medison collaboration in May 2025. The Exo Works page names no EHR vendor. Emergency physicians scanning at the bedside are the buyers.

DeepHealth is RadNet's imaging AI subsidiary. It lists mammography, prostate and lung AI under Population Health and sells Diagnostic Suite, Reporting Pro and TechLive for enterprise imaging. RadNet's 10-Q reports the iCAD acquisition closed in July 2025 for about $110.7M in stock. Radiology groups and health systems that read images are its buyers. A bedside probe and a reading-room software line are separate purchases made by different clinicians.
