Hyperfine Swoop vs Iterative Health

Hyperfine sells a portable 0.064T brain MRI that runs without a shielded room. Per a summary of the FY2025 10-K, systems are owned, with an annual software, service and support agreement after a one-year warranty on 36- or 60-month terms, and the homepage lists no price. Hyperfine reports preliminary Q3 2026 revenue of about $6.0M and cash of about $37.9M. Iterative Health's SKOUT detects colorectal polyps live during colonoscopy, with six openFDA records from K213686 (August 12, 2022) to K253664 (December 22, 2025). Its home page headline announces a Series C "to Accelerate the Future of Clinical Research", and the page now leads with GI, hepatology, obesity and cardiology research while SKOUT keeps its own product page. A 2022 Gastroenterology randomized trial, sponsor-run, has a paper that names the device only through the SKOUT registration study team and an Iterative Scopes affiliation. Its arms were 677 standard and 682 CADe procedures, with 1.05 adenomas per colonoscopy with the AI against 0.83 (P=.002) and adenoma detection rate of 47.8% against 43.9% (P=.065). Brain imaging at an ICU bedside and polyp detection in an endoscopy suite are separate purchases.
