Indica Labs HALO AI vs Proscia Concentriq
Proscia has the stronger security paper trail. It announced SOC 2 Type II in December 2025, has held ISO 27001 since October 2023 and also holds ISO 13485. Indica's SOC 2, HIPAA and HITRUST status is not stated, so for a hospital that requires a SOC 2 Type II report on day one, Indica is the one to cross off. Concentriq AP-Dx holds 510(k) clearances from February 2024 and August 2026, the second adding the Leica Aperio GT 450 DX, cloud deployment and a change-control plan. Indica is the pick for a translational group that wants train-by-example segmentation on brightfield and fluorescence slides, or a European lab that wants HALO Prostate AI under CE-IVD. Its HALO AP Dx clearances name the Aperio GT 450 DX and the Hamamatsu S360MD. Agilent's agreement to acquire Proscia for up to $270M, announced October 13, 2026, has not closed and is expected to close early in Agilent's fiscal 2027.
