An agency reporting counselor fidelity to a funder is Lyssn's buyer. Lyssn rates recorded sessions against more than 75 measures, by the vendor's count, including Motivational Interviewing and 11 CBT subscales, and says it is built on 17 years of academic research. Videra's supervision product scores performance and modality adherence from the recording, and Sidekick Notes writes ambient notes for individual and group sessions, with a separate note per group participant, the vendor says. Lyssn sells through a contact form and Videra through a demo.

Security review separates them. Videra publishes its SOC 2 Type II report in a public Trust Center. Lyssn names regular external HIPAA and SOC 2 audits and says attestation reports are available on request. Videra's report is public and Lyssn's is available on request, which puts Lyssn second for a security team that reads reports first.

A program that wants notes, intake and screening from one vendor leans toward Videra.
