Proscia Concentriq vs Sectra Pathology

A reference lab heading into a vendor security review has the easier path with Proscia. It announced SOC 2 Type II in December 2025, holds ISO 27001 since October 2023, and a deployment page claims HIPAA alignment. Sectra's SOC 2 and HIPAA status is not stated, which makes it the harder sell to that security team.

Proscia's Concentriq AP-Dx has K230839 from February 2024 and K261380 from August 2026, the second adding the Leica Aperio GT 450 DX, cloud deployment and a predetermined change control plan. A pharma translational group can use the separate Life Sciences line for biomarker work. Agilent agreed to acquire Proscia for up to $270 million, and that deal has not closed.

Sectra suits a hospital group that wants pathology, radiology and genomics images in one viewer. Its Digital Pathology Module is cleared under K193054 and K232208, and the AI it offers comes from other vendors.
