Adonis vs QuickIntell

A revenue cycle team working a denial backlog is Adonis's buyer, as at ApolloMD, which MedCity lists next to Mount Sinai Health System. QuickIntell fits a practice, hospital or RCM company that wants one suite covering eligibility, prior authorization, payer calls, coding with coder approval, denials, payment posting and a scribe. Its FAQ puts phase 1 at about 4 to 6 weeks for EHR integration, eligibility, claims, payment posting and patient AR, and phase 2 at 6 to 14 weeks for coding, denials and appeals.

On security, QuickIntell states "SOC 2 Type II Certified" on its about page, promises a BAA with every covered entity before production access, and lists HITRUST as in progress. Adonis shows HIPAA and AICPA badges and describes encryption, audits and penetration tests without naming a SOC 2 report type, so a practice whose reviewer insists on a stated Type II lags with Adonis. QuickIntell's FAQ names native adapters for eight EHRs, among them OpenEMR, Epic, DrChrono and eClinicalWorks.
