Amperos vs QuickIntell

Amperos is built for the denial queue. An ophthalmology or dermatology group, both on its specialty list, would use it for what the vendor says its AI agents do: work denied claims through payer portals and by phone, then submit corrected claims and appeals. For one anesthesiology client the vendor reports 69% lower cost per claim.

QuickIntell covers more of the cycle for practices, hospitals and RCM companies: eligibility, prior authorization, coding support, denials and payment posting. Its FAQ lists native adapters for Epic, Athena, eClinicalWorks and NextGen among eight EHRs. The same FAQ puts phase one at about 4 to 6 weeks, with coding, denials and appeals following over 6 to 14 weeks. Pricing is a quote based on scale and need.

Amperos loses a dermatology group that also wants eligibility checks and prior authorization automated before claims go out, because QuickIntell's homepage lists an eligibility agent and a prior authorization agent.
