Harrison.ai vs Tempus AI Imaging

Tempus Pixel suits an oncology service following RECIST-style response across serial CT and MR studies. It segments lesions in one click, tracks them over time and produces response reports. The Pixel 510(k), K252539, sits under the Arterys name. Pixel Lung's clearance, K203744, does not cover nodule detection according to the vendor's footnote, so US nodule detection runs on a third-party engine.

Annalise is built for an emergency department or teleradiology group that wants chest X-ray findings in under 20 seconds and head CT findings in under 90, both vendor figures. A TGA file documents its return to PACS and the RIS worklist, and NHS sites run it on Sectra and Philips PACS. Independent chest X-ray testing found more false positives than radiologist reports. For an oncology service that needs response reports across serial scans, Annalise loses to Pixel, which produces them. Tempus says Pixel connects to PACS, EHR, worklist and dictation systems and names none of them.
