Blueprint vs Nextvisit

A therapist writing 100 notes a month pays $99 at Blueprint's listed $0.99 per session beside an existing EHR, or $69 if the page's other figure, $69 per seat with unlimited sessions, is the real one. The page shows both and the conflict is unresolved. Nextvisit Go, the vendor's separate therapist workspace, is $49 per month for 100 notes, or $42 on annual billing. On cost, Blueprint loses for that therapist under either reading.

Security review pushes the other way. Blueprint says its SOC 2 Type 2 audit has run annually for six years and states HIPAA and PHIPA compliance. Nextvisit's Type I report was issued in March 2026 and its Type II audit is in progress, so a clinic whose security team accepts only a Type II report buys Blueprint. The blueprint.ai home and pricing pages name no EHR. Nextvisit integrates directly with Osmind, SimplePractice and Kalix, and the vendor lists ePrescribing through Surescripts with EPCS for its psychiatrist and NP buyers.
