Ember vs QuickIntell
QuickIntell sells a suite. QuickRCM, QuickAuth, QuickCode, QuickERA, QuickVoice and QuickScribe cover eligibility, prior authorization, payer calls, coding, denials, payment posting and an AI scribe. Ember's homepage names three engines (coding, appeal and data) and four modules (documentation, denial, contract and revenue recovery), and the vendor says it reviews 100% of encounters.
Both list athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, NextGen, Epic and DrChrono, and QuickIntell adds that other EHRs connect through FHIR or REST. Each states SOC 2 Type II. Ember adds HITRUST e1, while QuickIntell shows HITRUST in progress and a BAA with every covered entity. QuickIntell's FAQ gives about 4 to 6 weeks for a first phase covering EHR integration, eligibility, claims and payment posting, then 6 to 14 weeks for coding, denials and appeals. Ember says it serves 2,700+ providers in 40+ states.
QuickIntell's suite lists prior authorization and payer calls, which sit outside Ember's three engines and four modules, and that decides it for a practice that wants those automated next to coding review. For denial work and coding audits at a specialty group, Ember's homepage describes exactly that work.
