Overjet vs TeraRecon
TeraRecon starts at a radiologist's workstation. Its home page lists TeraRecon AV, Intuition, TR Neuro and DETECT, with DETECT modules for coronary plaque on cardiac CT, liver density and vertebral fractures on chest or abdominal CT. Results go to reporting systems over DICOM and HL7. The newsroom brands it ConcertAI's TeraRecon and announced a cloud SaaS transformation in December 2024. The vendor says more than 2,000 hospitals use it.
Overjet's pages are written for a dental practice. Its openFDA record includes CBCT Assist from December 2025 and the Iris web-based image management system from April 2026, so one dental vendor now covers film analysis and image management. TeraRecon's DETECT modules read chest and abdominal CT, and Overjet's Vision AI reads dental films. A hospital cardiac imaging service is the TeraRecon buyer and a dental practice is the Overjet buyer.
Neither publishes a price, and Overjet links a free trial with no stated terms.
