Arintra says it writes codes back to the EHR and routes uncertain charts to a coder queue with an explanation, then drafts appeals from the coding audit trail. It announced a Series B of about $25M in August 2026 and describes 23-plus specialties across ambulatory, emergency, diagnostic and inpatient settings. The vendor names Mercy Health and UC Davis Health as customers and quotes UC Davis for an audit about 50% faster. Adonis describes an expected-reimbursement baseline that flags underpaid and stalled claims, which suits a specialty group working payer underpayments, a problem Arintra's description meets only through denial appeals. Adonis also names nine platforms, among them Availity, Change Healthcare and Office Ally. For a multispecialty system whose denials start as coding errors, Arintra is the place to begin.
