eCART vs MyoVista wavECG

A hospital nursing or quality lead scoring ward patients for deterioration would look at AgileMD, whose eCART has held K233253 since June 2024 and which reports 400+ hospitals. A cardiology group would look at HeartSciences for 12-lead ECG review once an algorithm is cleared. The two do not compete for the same purchase. HeartSciences received 510(k) clearance for the MyoVista wavECG, a 12-lead resting ECG, on October 5, 2026 (K260005), and the clearance leaves out the AI-ECG algorithm. The company says it does not intend to commercialize the device without a cleared algorithm and gives no timeline, so it has no cleared AI product today. Its site describes MyoVista Insights as a device-agnostic ECG management system for third-party AI-ECG models and says its AI-ECG products are not commercially available in the United States. A business combination with Fortitude Mining Holdings is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026. Neither vendor publishes a price.
