Amperos vs Arintra

Arintra's platform page says it reads the whole chart, assigns CPT, ICD-10, HCC and HCPCS codes, writes them back to the EHR and sends uncertain charts to coder queues. Its homepage states HITRUST e1, and KLAS's April 2026 Emerging Company Spotlight, as cited by Arintra, gave it 93 out of 100 with an asterisk marking limited data. A health system coding lead on Epic or athenahealth, where Arintra cites Toolbox and Marketplace listings, is its buyer.

Amperos starts from the denial. Its press release describes agents that work claims through payer portals and by phone, submit corrected claims, records and appeals, and hand complex denials to RCM specialists. That is the work a billing manager with a backlog of denied receivables needs done. Arintra's Denial Intelligence module drafts appeals from the coding audit trail, and the vendor says a UC Davis Health audit ran about 50% faster.

For that backlog buyer, Arintra comes second.
