Clicks's homepage lists eligibility and benefits, prior authorization, claim cleanup, denials and appeals, payment posting, patient credit refunds, FMLA and disability forms and referral intake. Amperos's press release says its agents work denied claims through payer portals and by phone, and the vendor claims up to 50% lower cost than legacy vendors.

Clicks's security page writes out SOC 2 Type II and HIPAA, TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest, SAML SSO and a 99.9% uptime SLA, as the vendor's statements. Amperos's homepage carries a HIPAA badge monitored by Drata and an AICPA SOC for Service Organizations badge.

An orthopedic group like Princeton Brain, Spine & Orthopedics, the one logo shown on the Clicks homepage, that wants prior authorization and eligibility agents alongside denial work has Clicks listing all of it, so Amperos is the shorter list for that buyer. A group with a denial backlog and nothing else in scope is where Amperos fits. The vendor says Clicks runs pilots on real data before asking for a commitment.
