Anumana vs MyoVista wavECG
For a cardiology clinic that wants AI-ECG results this year, HeartSciences is out of the running.
Its MyoVista wavECG, a 12-lead resting electrocardiograph, was cleared on October 5, 2026 without an AI algorithm, and the company says it does not intend to commercialize the device without one. The diastolic dysfunction algorithm it is developing is not cleared and carries no timeline. A pending business combination with Fortitude Mining Holdings is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026.
Anumana already has cleared ECG-AI for low ejection fraction, pulmonary hypertension and cardiac amyloidosis, running on standard 12-lead ECGs. A health system that wants a device-agnostic ECG management layer with third-party AI models is the buyer HeartSciences describes for MyoVista Insights, yet the vendor's footer says its AI-ECG products are not commercially available in the United States.
