Anumana vs Implicity

Implicity is built for the device clinic. Its cloud platform reads pacemakers, ICDs, CRT devices and insertable monitors from Abbott, Biotronik, Boston Scientific, Medtronic and MicroPort, filters alerts and automates billing. SignalHF scores worsening heart failure from implant data and holds a 510(k), K230842, and the ILR ECG Analyzer received one in July 2026. The performance figures are the vendor's own, among them 79% fewer false positives on Medtronic recordings and 26% lower mortality than conventional remote monitoring. The two product papers have Implicity authors.

Anumana is bought by a hospital's cardiology department to read a standard 10-second 12-lead ECG, which any patient can have. A 2026 pragmatic trial of the vendor's decision support for guideline-directed management appeared in Am Heart J Plus.

A heart failure program with few implanted patients has no implant data for SignalHF to score. An electrophysiology team following mixed-brand pacemakers needs data that Anumana does not read.
