Clicks Health vs CodaMetrix

CodaMetrix serves radiology, pathology, surgery and E/M coding teams, the specialties KLAS interviews named. It carries the Best in KLAS 2026 title for autonomous coding, announced in its own February 2026 release, and the vendor reports over 30 health systems across 27 states. The company spun out of Mass General Brigham, and its trust center shows SOC 2 and ISO 27001:2022. The products are coding and billing automation, with CMX Amplify and CMX Insights around CMX Automate.

Clicks Health, a Y Combinator Fall 2025 company, runs agents for prior authorization, denials and appeals, payment posting and forms. Its homepage shows Epic, Oracle Health, athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, ModMed, NextGen Healthcare and MEDITECH, and the vendor says it runs pilots on real data before asking for a commitment. An orthopedic practice with a prior authorization backlog is the buyer.

A radiology group that wants touchless coding finds Clicks has the weaker case, since the workflows its homepage lists cover eligibility, prior authorization, claims and forms but not coding.
