Waystar is a public company (Nasdaq: WAY, listed June 2024) that closed its $1.25B purchase of Iodine Software around October 1, 2025. The vendor says its platform reaches 60% of the U.S. patient population and 1M+ providers, and its homepage cites a provider net promoter score of 74+ from September 2023, vendor-selected. It covers eligibility, estimates, authorizations, claim monitoring, remittance, patient payments and appeals, on enterprise contracts with no public price. Its security page states SOC 2 Type II and HIPAA. Revenue cycle teams that want agents on payment posting, denials and prior authorization, tried in a pilot first, fit Clicks Health. One sells a platform across the revenue cycle and the other automates repetitive tasks, though both lists name eligibility, authorizations and appeals.
