Digital Diagnostics vs Gleamer
Gleamer sells to radiology departments and imaging groups that read X-rays. BoneView flags fractures, dislocations and effusions, ChestView covers pneumothorax, nodules and effusion, and CT, MRI and mammography modules sit beside them. The vendor names Affidea, Hirslanden and Caritas Hospital Berlin among its sites and says its worklist prioritization plugs into the RIS. RadNet has owned Gleamer since March 2026. openFDA holds five Gleamer records, the newest ChestView US 1.1 in September 2026. A 2026 International Journal of Medical Informatics prospective crossover study examined three commercial musculoskeletal AI tools in real-world use, Gleamer's among them.
The vendor says LumineticsCore diagnoses diabetic retinopathy from retinal photos without physician input. A 2025 American Journal of Ophthalmology systematic review and meta-analysis of IDx-DR reported a pooled AUC of 0.95. A 2025 Acta Ophthalmologica study of agreement with human grading gave IDx-DR a kappa of 0.43 and Mona DR 0.68. The vendor names OSF HealthCare among its customers, so health systems with diabetes patients in primary care are its audience.
Gleamer works on X-ray, CT, MRI and mammography images, and LumineticsCore on retinal photographs, which puts radiology readers on one side and diabetes care teams on the other.
