Gleamer vs Qure.ai

On chest X-ray the two overlap directly. Gleamer has ChestView US under code MYN, K241620 from February 27, 2025 and K252486 from September 9, 2026, and its ChestView page lists pneumothorax, consolidation, nodule, mediastinal mass and pleural effusion plus a cardiothoracic ratio on PA films for patients over 15. Qure.ai has qXR-LN for nodules on adult frontal chest radiographs (K231805, MYN), qXR-PTX-PE for pneumothorax and effusion triage (K230899, QFM) and qXR-Detect (K251934, MYN). A hospital that wants head CT triage from the same vendor goes to Qure, whose qER is K200921.

An emergency department reading trauma films alongside chest films gets more from Gleamer, which adds BoneView under K212365 and K222176, both code QBS for fracture and bone-trauma detection. Gleamer's own description also covers dislocations. Qure's ten openFDA records name qER, qER-Quant, qER-CTA, qXR-BT, qXR-CTR, qXR-PTX-PE, qXR-LN, qXR-Detect, qCT LN Quant and qCT Lung, and qMSK appears only among the CE-marked items on its regulatory page. For a US urgent care group that wants fracture flags, Qure.ai is the weaker pick. RadNet announced on March 2, 2026 that it had acquired Gleamer for up to EUR 230 million.
