MyoVista wavECG vs Navina

A cardiology clinic reading 12-lead ECGs would buy HeartSciences, and a value-based primary care group chasing HCC capture would buy Navina. The vendors sell different products to different practices.

HeartSciences' MyoVista wavECG, a 12-lead resting electrocardiograph, received FDA 510(k) clearance K260005 on October 5, 2026. The clearance does not include an AI-ECG algorithm. The company says it does not intend to commercialize the device without a cleared algorithm, and its release gives no timeline. The site footer says its AI-ECG products are not commercially available in the United States, and the homepage links an Epic showroom listing. A business combination with Fortitude Mining Holdings, announced in June 2026, is pending.

On the Navina side, a VP in an unrated KLAS comment from August 2026 said it does a really good job on risk adjustment but is primarily focused on Medicare. Its homepage lists HCC recommendations at the point of care.
