Ambient IQ is a module of the RXNT suite, and a practice on the RXNT EHR uses it there. A clinician starts a session from the mobile app, pauses and restarts the recording, and finalizes the note on the web. A clinic on any other EHR is told to copy and paste the finished note into it. The FAQ says recordings are kept for two weeks and then deleted.
An Australian GP on Best Practice gets a stated integration from Lyrebird and a clipboard from Ambient IQ, so Ambient IQ trails for that GP. An RXNT practice already has its scribe inside its own chart.
