Three PubMed papers carry Mednition-employed authors, among them a 2025 descriptive study of pre-eclampsia identification at triage. KATE Sepsis has held an FDA Breakthrough Device Designation since November 2023, and openFDA holds no 510(k) record for either vendor.
PaceMate sells to device clinics, a separate purchase from an ED's. It states ISO/IEC 27001:2022, HITRUST r2, SOC 2 Type 2, SOC 3 and HIPAA with a BAA available, hosted on AWS, and lists Epic, Oracle Health and athenahealth as bi-directional. Auto-Triage ranks device alerts by clinical priority, and the vendor claims a 61% drop in physician alert burden and 73% fewer loop recorder false-positive alerts. PubMed shows ten PaceMate-affiliated papers, none with the product in the title. The vendor says 39 peer-reviewed studies.
