Overjet vs Philips Imaging AI
Overjet's 12 openFDA records run from Dental Assist in May 2021 to a multi-image caries and charting tool in August 2026. Caries, calculus, periapical lesion, charting and CBCT tools sit among them, along with Iris, a web-based dental image management system. Philips AI arrives inside hospital scanners and ultrasound systems: SmartSpeed Precise for MR, Precise Image for CT reconstruction, and LVivo echo measurements from DiA. A dental group is the Overjet customer and a hospital MR or CT buyer is the Philips customer, since Overjet's 12 records are dental imaging products and Philips's AI-enabled devices are bought on enterprise and OEM contracts with the scanner.
Philips is a portfolio rather than one product. For a European MR buyer, the SmartSpeed Precise press page is unclear: its body says the software is available, while a footnote says it is not yet CE marked and not available for sale.
