What does the product page say it does?

For outpatients, the page describes launching from the patient record without a separate login, transcribing consultations and drafting letters from the trust's templates. It says structured data, including on-hold letters, is written back to CareFlow, clinical outcome coding is automated for RTT reporting, and letters go out by MESH, patient portal or print with an audit trail. The verdict

Per the product page the feature lives inside CareFlow, so a trust on another EPR has nothing described for it. The vendor's pitch to CareFlow trusts is that capture, letters, coding and sign-off happen inside the record already in use. Buckinghamshire, signed in April 2026, is the one customer named.
