Eko Health vs Octagos

The CORE 300 stethoscope is listed at $199 (currency not stated) with $249 struck through and no sale end date shown. Its AI requires the Eko+ membership, which renews at US$119.99 for the year. That gives a primary care physician or cardiologist murmur detection at the bedside, while AFib detection requires the CORE 500 and the vendor's FAQ says the findings aren't a diagnosis. OpenFDA holds ten 510(k) records for Eko, the newest being K261694 for the CORE 300.

Octagos is a separate purchase. A cardiology group following implanted devices sends it the transmissions from those devices. Atlas AI drafts the first read, an IBHRE-certified specialist finalizes it, and the vendor says a physician e-signature completes every report. Its AI overview page makes no FDA statement for Atlas AI, and openFDA returns no 510(k) under the Octagos name. The pricing page names no amounts.

These two do not compete. A cardiology group could buy a stethoscope for its exam rooms and Octagos for its device program, and each purchase leaves the other untouched.
