MyoVista wavECG vs OpenEvidence
OpenEvidence is for a verified US physician who wants cited answers to a clinical question. Access is free to NPI-verified physicians and paid for by advertising, and the vendor says its content comes from NEJM and JAMA partners and includes NCCN Guidelines algorithms. A clinician outside the US or without an NPI falls outside that access.
HeartSciences cannot sell AI-assisted ECG reads today. Its MyoVista wavECG was cleared in October 2026 without an AI algorithm, and the company says it does not intend to commercialize the device without a cleared one. There is no public price. A business combination with Fortitude Mining Holdings, announced in June 2026, is expected to close in the fourth quarter. A hospital sourcing ECG hardware and a physician looking up a treatment alternative face separate purchases, and only the physician's can be made today.
