Glass Health vs Regard
Regard sells to health systems, and access runs through a demo request. The vendor says it reviews the full chart, recommends diagnoses with an evidence chain and drafts notes for physician approval. The homepage names Banner Health, Main Line Health and WakeMed, and the product holds ONC Health IT certification dated May 2024. The technology page shows Epic and FHIR R4 in a demo graphic while claiming it works on any EHR.
Sentara's 17% rise in CC/MCC capture is a vendor case study, and revenue capture is part of what Regard sells. A health system running a chart-wide diagnosis and revenue program is not shopping for a clinic tier, which is what Glass's Max plan is. openFDA returns no match for Regard.
Glass Health serves individual physicians and clinics. Its $200 per month Max tier is the clinic tier, with assisted EHR workflows for Epic, eClinicalWorks, athenahealth and Elation in the vendor's wording, and the practices page states BAAs.
