OnlineMedEd vs SimConverse
OnlineMedEd costs $30 per month billed as $360 annually, $48 per month billed every six months, or $79 for a single month, the same for MD, DO and PA. That buys 600+ whiteboard videos, 3,000+ pages of illustrated notes and a Qbank of 3,300+ questions for MD. Archer Review acquired the company in 2025, and checkout now redirects to Archer. A medical, osteopathic or PA student buys the annual plan, and institutions can arrange a group discount.
SimConverse is a program license for AI patient conversations. The vendor's own evidence comes mostly from optometry, nursing, pharmacy and surgery programs, with one medical school study. Vendor copy promises "unlimited usage at unlimited scale," and no figure, currency, trial or refund is published.
Lectures and questions on one side and rehearsed patient conversations on the other answer different needs, and the one shared route is institutional, with OnlineMedEd offering a group discount and SimConverse quoting through a demo.
