Clair vs DoseMeRx
Clair is a clinical reference search. Its vendor lists a stewardship function that returns treatment, dose and duration by infection type, and tells individual users to keep PHI out, with a BAA offered on organizational accounts. A hospital pharmacist dosing from drug levels and a clinician looking up an answer are different buyers, and DoseMe's site asks for a demo request where Clair's offers a free sign-up.
DoseMeRx is aimed at hospital clinical pharmacists who individualize vancomycin and aminoglycoside doses from patient data and drug concentrations. DoseMe, a Fairlong Capital portfolio company, announced its Firstline acquisition, a mobile stewardship platform, in November 2025. The one EHR its site names is Oracle, in a Bayside Health integration announcement. An independent 90-patient comparison in J Pharmacokinet Pharmacodyn 2026 ran the Goti model in DoseMeRx against the Rodvold model in PrecisePK, found poor concordance, and put the DoseMeRx posterior at 20.17% bias, outside the plus or minus 20% criterion.
