DoseMeRx vs NarxCare
DoseMeRx serves a hospital clinical pharmacist who doses vancomycin and aminoglycosides from drug levels. In an independent 90-inpatient study from Oman, its Goti-model posterior carried a relative bias of 20.17%, past the study's plus or minus 20% criterion.
NarxCare sits on the prescribing and dispensing side. Bamboo Health's page names prescribers, dispensers and pharmacists as users, working inside EHR and pharmacy systems, and the product shows prescription drug monitoring data as tiles with Narx Scores and an Overdose Risk Score. A health system whose EHR carries that data fits the delivery model. An independent 2026 npj Digital Medicine reconstruction on IQVIA claims data reported precision of 0.01 to 0.32 against the reported benchmark of 0.75. Citeline reported in March 2026 that FDA's device center was reviewing a second citizen petition on whether NarxCare is a regulated device. Its page shows no price.
One serves a pharmacokinetics service, the other a prescriber reviewing a patient's controlled-substance history.
