Suki does not publish a price. Third parties report Suki Compose from $299 per user per month and Suki Assistant from $399 per user per month, with enterprise contracts at $350 to $500+, as of October 2026 (sources checked October 14, 2026). Setup fees of $500 to $2,000 per practice and a one-year minimum are commonly reported. Suki publishes none of this, and the main source sells a competing scribe.
How much does Suki AI cost per user per month?
We tried the official page on October 14, 2026. suki.ai/pricing returned a 404. A separate September 2026 third-party check also found the page missing, and the homepage routes to sales. Suki's terms say pricing is set in an order form or quote.
Everything below is an estimate.
- Suki Compose from $299 per user per month, covering core dictation and note generation. Estimate from HealOS (healos.ai), a competing scribe vendor, and repeated by clunic.com and clinicframe.com.
- Suki Assistant from $399 per user per month, with deeper EHR integration, voice commands and order staging. Same source chain.
- Enterprise contracts at $350 to $500+ per user per month depending on EHR depth. Reported by third parties.
- Setup fees of $500 to $2,000 per practice, and a one-year minimum. Reported by third parties.
- $299 per user per month on a February 2026 University of Colorado training deck, which reportedly notes that prices are often customised. We have not seen the deck.
- $299 to $399 per month in a Keragon roundup.
- "From $49 for small practices to $300 or more". Fierce Healthcare, in a piece on Suki results at Rush, McLeod Health and FMOL Health. That is category language about scribes generally, not a Suki quote.
One low outlier, "around $99 per month", appears on a low-quality page and is supported nowhere else. We left it out of the range.
The original sources are one competitor blog, one training deck we cannot see, and a few roundups that repeat each other.
What do you get for the money with Suki?
Suki is a voice-first scribe with orders, referrals and ICD-10 and HCC suggestions. It lists HIPAA and SOC 2 Type II, and Epic, Athena and Cerner integrations. Per HealOS, a competing vendor, Compose covers core dictation and note generation, while Assistant adds deeper EHR integration, voice commands and order staging. On outcomes, a Fierce Healthcare piece on KLAS validation reports revenue gains at Rush, McLeod Health and FMOL Health. The baselines behind those numbers are not public.
Why does Suki quote instead of listing a price?
The one sourced fact is that Suki's terms put pricing in an order form or quote. The usual reasons for that approach apply here as reasoning, not as a Suki statement. Deal sizes vary: the reported numbers span $299 for a basic seat to $500+ for deep integration, and Suki sells to both small practices and hospital systems. Integration depth changes the work involved. And the market is active, with DAX Copilot, Abridge and Epic's own tools all in the field. Our DAX Copilot pricing post and Abridge pricing post found the same pattern: a quote-based price and a wide range of third-party figures.
What moves a Suki quote up or down?
Each line says whether it is reported or our reasoning.
- Product tier (reported, arithmetic ours): Compose at $299 and Assistant at $399 differ by $100 per user per month. Across 20 clinicians that is $24,000 a year. Check whether you need voice commands and order staging.
- EHR depth (reported): enterprise quotes of $350 to $500+ track how deeply Suki writes into your EHR. A poster on r/healthIT (February 2026) summarised Suki as "used in hospital systems and Meditech/Athena setups".
- Setup fee and term (reported): $500 to $2,000 per practice and a one-year minimum. Ask whether the fee is waived at signing and what the non-renewal notice period is.
- Seat count (our reasoning): no third party publishes a Suki discount schedule, so do not assume one exists below the enterprise level.
What does Suki cost a 10-clinician practice over a year?
Multiply the estimates. At $299 per user per month, 10 clinicians cost $35,880 a year. At $399, they cost $47,880. Add a setup fee of $500 to $2,000 and the first-year cost lands near $36,400 to $49,900.
Arithmetic on third-party figures, not a Suki quote. If your order form comes back far from this range, ask where the difference sits.
What should you ask for in the Suki quote?
Four things, in writing, before the second demo.
- The per-user monthly price at your seat count, by tier, with the EHR integration level named.
- Every one-time fee: setup, integration, training, template work.
- The renewal price, the notice period for non-renewal, and what happens to your price if you add or drop clinicians mid-term.
- Confirmation that the demo account matches the tier you are quoted.
Who should and should not buy Suki?
Buy it if you want voice commands and order staging in addition to note generation, you are on Meditech, Athena or Epic, and you can commit to a year. The Fierce Healthcare piece cites revenue gains at three health systems. Read it before the demo and ask Suki for the baseline behind each number.
It fits less well for a solo clinician or a small group that wants a listed price: at $299 or more per user per month on the reported figures, it costs several times what self-serve scribes list. It also fits less well where finance needs a firm number before a demo, since Suki publishes none.
What is the cheaper alternative to Suki?
Freed AI publishes prices. On October 14, 2026 its pricing page listed Core at $59 and $79 and Premier at $119 and $104, with a 7-day free trial and no credit card. Third parties read the Premier pair as monthly and annual billing. Compare like with like: Suki Compose is a core product at $299, so the fair Freed match is Core, not Premier. Freed gates EHR push to its top tier, so confirm the tier your EHR needs.
For a 10-clinician practice, arithmetic only: 10 x $79 x 12 is $9,480 a year for Core at the higher listed figure, and 10 x $104 x 12 is $12,480 for Premier at the annual reading, against $35,880 at the reported Compose price.

What do we still not know about Suki pricing?
- Suki's official list price, trial terms and refund policy. None found.
- Whether the $299 and $399 figures are current. The main source's URL is dated 2025.
- Any enterprise discount schedule.
- Whether the low outlier of about $99 per month reflects a real plan.
If you hold a Suki order form and can share the figures with names removed, we will add them and credit the buyer type.
