What does Suki sell today?

The homepage lists Ambient Documentation, Suki for Clinicians, Suki for Partners, Suki Dictation, Assisted Revenue Cycle and Clinical Reasoning. The vendor says Suki captures the whole patient conversation to generate complete notes, and Suki for Partners is a developer toolkit that lets other healthtech companies embed its AI.

The homepage claims a 41 percent reduction in time spent on notes, a 60 percent reduction in burnout feelings, 48 percent fewer amended encounters and $1,688 of average incremental monthly revenue per user. These are vendor figures without stated methods. A KLAS ROI validation from February 2026 covering three health systems, among them Rush, McLeod Health and FMOL Health according to Fierce Healthcare, was commissioned by Suki. Accuracy figures such as 99 percent, and a 0 percent hallucination rate, circulate in search results and are vendor claims.

Who is behind it?

Suki AI, Inc. is based in Redwood City, California, and was founded in 2017 by Punit Soni, who previously worked at Google and Flipkart. PitchBook and CB Insights list an earlier name, Robin AI. A $70 million Series D in October 2024 was led by Hedosophia with Venrock and March Capital, bringing the total to about $165 million. On October 12, 2026 Suki announced a $90 million Series E with Healthier Capital, Crosslink Capital and Hercules Capital, and reports disagree on who led. Coverage cites more than 450 organizations and over 30 technology partners. No acquisition of Suki has been reported.

How does it connect and what security does it state?

The homepage promises deep, real-time integrations with Epic, Oracle Health, athenahealth and MEDITECH. It states SOC 2 Type 2 certification and HIPAA compliance and links a trust portal. HITRUST, a BAA and FDA status are not stated on the page.

What does it cost?

Suki publishes no price, and its terms say pricing is set in an order form. As of October 2026, third-party sources estimate about $299 to $399 per user per month, enterprise deals at $350 to $500 or more depending on EHR depth, setup fees of $500 to $2,000 per practice and, commonly, a one-year minimum. These are not Suki figures, and one pricing site calls them dated budget references.

What do users say?

Complaints come mainly from review sites run by competitors, so treat them as biased: glitchy text insertion, generic or bloated Assessment and Plan sections, drug recognition errors and speaker confusion. On the other side, Suki scored 93.2 in a 2024 KLAS Spotlight with 95 percent of customers saying they would buy again, per a secondary summary. The same summary says Abridge, not Suki, took Best in KLAS for ambient speech in 2025 and 2026.

What does the evidence say?

No peer-reviewed study of Suki has surfaced. The evidence is the KLAS material and the vendor statistics above.

Who is it for?

A multi-site group running Epic at the main hospital and athenahealth or MEDITECH at its clinics is the clearest fit, as is a health system that wants dictation and ambient notes from one vendor. A solo practitioner looking for a cheap monthly plan should skip it, given the third-party estimates near $300 per user per month.

The verdict

Shortlist Suki if you run several EHRs and want one vendor across them. Ask for a written quote, the KLAS data and a pilot on your own EHR, and note that third-party sources report a one-year term. Solo practices will find the enterprise sales process heavy, and anyone who needs published accuracy evidence before buying does not have it yet.
